Important Announcements
UPDATED MAY 9, 2011 -- Although we had water for a few days, there was another break found in the line Sunday. Once that has been repaired, the system will be running again. We hope to have this done by Tuesday May 10. Look for a sign posted at the Mail Boxes telling you that the water is on, or check back here for updates. If you spot a problem, email info@skylersubdivision.com ASAP. The HOA is responsible for the pipes below large brass valve only. If you experience any problems with HOA-owned portion of the system, suspect a break in the line, notice the ground sinking or becoming saturated along the back of your property or around the main line, please let an HOA officer know immediately. If you need to make repairs to your own system, please keep your connection to the main line closed until those repairs have been made. For any irrigation issue, please e-mail Teresa Black to let the association know. ALSO, remember that no more than 3 houses can water at once without shutting down the pump and possibly causing 3-5 days of downtime for the neighborhood.
